Wag-A-Long Pet Sitting Pet Nannies
Hello all! My name Susie. I am originally from Chicago. I have grown up with dogs my entire life. As a young child I started showing dogs with my grandmother, learning very useful tools in training dogs and grooming. I also have experience working as a vet technician back home.
I am super excited to have the opportunity to live here in Kailua with my husband and our pup, Rex. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
I'm Alex, and my husband and I just moved here from Rochester, New York. I have had a passion for caring for animals my whole life. When asked as a child , "What do you want to be when you grow up?" My answer was always a veterinarian. Eventually, however; I ended up attending Monroe Community College as well as SUNY Brockport for Psychology. I have completed 3 years so far. Even though my life changed course, I have not lost my passion for caring for animals.
Growing up, I cannot remember a time when our household did not include a pet as part of our family. While living at home with my parents, I have owned and cared for various pets to include dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and a chinchilla! My husband and I are the proud doggie parents of a puppy named Roxi, which we recently adopted from the Hawaiian Humane Society. We are having so much fun watching her grow, training her, and giving her all the unconditional love she needs. It is the best feeling in the world! You can always trust that I will treat and care for your fur baby as if they were my own!
I'm Corrie! I was born and raised in Kaneohe and love animals. I recently graduated with my M.S. in marine science from HPU. I grew up around pets, from dogs to fish, birds, mice, and rabbits. Right now I have a black lab mix Snickers and a pomchi Toffee along with my bunny Pillows! I'm looking forward to meeting your pets!
Hi, I'm Norma! I'm an empty nester living on the South East side of Oahu. I grew up with animals and have had several pets throughout my life. My last pet was my beloved Basenji, Loki! I thought that it was time to add another furry companion into my life but, realized I could spread my love for my four legged friends by working for Wag-a-long!
Wag-a-Long Pet Sitting is always looking for experienced pet nannies to join our amazing team. Please send us your resume along with why you think you would stand out from the rest!
A writer and a visual artist by trade, Ava’s life has always been
intertwined with her love of animals. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats
and horses, she still remembers the day a stray cat adopted her family and
blessed them with a litter of six kittens. For seven-year-old Ava this was
a dream come true, and her devoted care of the kittens paved the way for
her life long commitment to loving and caring for furry friends. Now living
in Kailua, Oahu, Ava is unable to have furry roommates of her own, so she
is thrilled to become part of the Wag-A-Long team to be able to play and
care for many of her four-legged neighbors.
Hey everyone! My name is Anne. I grew up in Florida and stayed there for college where I got my degree in studio art from Rollins College. I moved to Hawaii recently with my husband (and cat!). As a child I watched various pets for neighbors when they would travel and more recently I worked as a professional dog walker and pet sitter for Two Way Dog Walking while living in DC. I love taking care of animals, being outside and being active, so working for Wag-A-Long is truly living the dream. I can't wait to shower your pets with love and attention!
Hi, my name is Amber! I was born and raised in Florida and moved to Hawaii with my husband and our three precious pups, Kahlua, Lucy, and Hotdog. We love our three girls so much and treat them like our kids. There has never been a time in my life when I didn't have a house full of pets. Animals have always been my passion and I have always loved being around them and caring for them. Before I found Wag-a-long I worked at a doggy daycare here in Kailua and loved being able to spend time with so many other people's fur babies. I am so excited to have the opportunity to meet and care for your furry friends!
Aloha, my name is Cara. I was born and raised in Kailua and love meeting
others in the community. I was away for 6 years in Delaware and Canada
getting my degrees but moved home in the summer of 2016 to my mini farm of feather and fur babies. I believe all animals deserve the love they so
willingly give us and I absolutely adore my time allowing me to show them
just that. Animals are a true passion of mine and I look forward to being
able to share that with you and yours.
Aloha, my name is Chelsea! I hail from Chicago, but I grew up in West
Virginia, surrounded by all kinds of animals. I often found myself pet
sitting for family and friends, so I decided to start my own pet sitting
business. I sat with cats, played with pups and even sang with birds! I
also helped run a summer camp at the local Humane Society where we taught children how to care for their furry friends. It was a blast! When I moved to Chicago, I knew I wasn’t ready to adopt, so I fostered cats from a local shelter.
Now, here I am in Hawaii, ready to pamper your pups! There is nothing
happier than a dog on a walk. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and
share some adventures!"
Hola, my name is Madeline. Before moving to Hawaii, I called Colorado my home. While growing up, I was fortunate to have many different kinds of animals be considered family members; over the years our home was shared with a cat, dogs, fish, frogs, lizards, and a lovebird. When I was young I was determined to be a veterinarian, however that quickly changed once I witnessed a dog get spayed. Although I lacked the stomach to be a vet, I excelled at pet sitting and walking!
Not long after I graduated Fort Lewis College with a Bachelors in Public Health and a minor in Spanish, I moved to Kailua to reside with my husband. While I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, going to the beach, photography, listening to music, and eating food. I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies!
